Every SlidesCarnival template is free for personal and commercial use under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0. There is no paid tier and no option to buy your way out of the credit: the FAQ states that a small link to slidescarnival.com on the final slide is enough, and the Credits slide in each file already does this. Photos bundled with some templates carry their own licenses, so keep the Credits slide when you use them. You cannot resell or redistribute the files unchanged.
