Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• You request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase
• The product does not perform as described in the product listing
• You experience technical issues that we are unable to resolve

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for:

• Subscription renewals (please cancel before renewal)
• Requests made more than 30 days after the initial purchase
• Purchases where the product was substantially used
