A local .m3u8 or .m3u media playlist plus the segment files it names, up to 800 files and 200 MB together.
Output
An MP4 file. Codecs are copied when they already fit the container. Otherwise the picture is H.264 (CRF 23) and the sound is AAC at 128 kbps.
What is left out
Remote addresses are not fetched. Subtitle tracks are not copied. A separate audio rendition playlist is not followed.
Where it runs
FFmpeg writes the MP4 locally in the browser. The files are not uploaded for conversion.
